The Board of Publio Works of the City of Richmond, Indiana I
met in regalia' session at the office of said Board on Monday
yarcb 3rd, 19130 nt 9 o'clock A. L'. All the members of said
Board being present, to -wit; Llossrc, Konnepohl, Charles and
Zimmerman the fblloring proceedings ware had, to -wit:.
The Board approved the contract & bond of Aolte & Thompeon
ender Improvement Resolution llo. 353-1912, for the improvement

The Board awarded the contract for furnishing horse,harnesr &
care of wagon for the City Civil Engineer's use to Harmon

The Board direct the clerk to notify the Wayne Works that the
city desired bids for castings for city's use to be submitted
two ways, one for the bidder to deliver also for the city to
deliver. bids to be received Thursday Larch 6th, 1913,
The Board received bidding blank for the removal od' ashes from
P. 0. Bldge City. The Board on motion of Mr. Zimmerman directed
the clerk to bid for removal of said ashes by the city for the
sum of y1.50 per cubic yard.
The Board unanimously adopted Improvement Resolution 1108 31W-
1913, for the construction of cement curb, gutter L si'I" St
