All the members of Mid ElBrch 17th, 1910, Board being present, cis; 1:ensrs, Zennepohl, Charles and Zimmerman the follo-,ing proceeding^ were had, to -wit:- The Board arproved the bonds of The Hooven, Owens, Rentschler Co• of Hamilton, O'nio, contractors for the installation of gngines for City Light Plant, in the penal sum of y14,50G,cr, and �2,500.00 resrectivcly• 1. The Board arprove d the contract & bond of S 1 sk , Sprinkle ana Leavell, contractors under improvement Resolution No.345-1912 per the paving of 6th Street, from North "L" St, to South illy Street. The Board direct the City Ad torney, to comprimbse in the case of Sullivan Stone & Cement Co.. vs, City of Richmond, for payment of money retained on improvement of Southwest 2nd 3t, and College Ave., the city to pay said company y125.00 cash and the court costs amounting to y6.00. The Clerk was directed to notify Idr. C. Slifer or engineer at i.C.C,& St.L.Ry.
