All the members of said Board being Present, viz;- Messrs, Zennspohl, Charl and Zimmerman, the following proceedings were had, to -;it; - The Board meets to hear all persons interested in the improve- ment of North 8th Street, by constructing cement sidewalks on west side of street, from ]Jain to fforth "E" Street, except where cement walk is already laid as provided for by Improve- ment Resolution No. 358-1913. After hearing all persons inter- ested erne appeared. The Board decides that the benefits to property liable to be assessed for said improvement are equal to the cost of same as reported by the City Civil Engineer, and thereupon takes final action on said resolution, the same being confirmed, without modi fi c ati on.
