The Board of Public orkB of the City of Richmond, Indiana,
met in regular cessionat the office of said Board on Thursday
ysy rEnd, 191.., at 9 Clclock A, L, all the members of said
Board being present, viz: Messrs, Kennepohl, Charles and Zim_
nemaa the following proceedings were had, to -wit:-

improvment of alley 1st south of Rational Road from 3rd St to

A petition was presented for the construction of sanitary serer
in the alley between Charles St, & Linden Ave.. from between
Boyer & Ridge Street, to a point 170 ft, rest of Hunt Street,
referred to :ngineer for plans etc.,

:,he Board meets to hear all persons interested in the matter
of construction of cement curb, hatter & 61sidewalk on both

sides of South B Street, from South 15th to 16th 'treet as
provided for by Improvement Resolution Ho.371-1913. After hear. ng all persons interested who appeared and carefully consider-
ing written protest against said improvement filed by Ers. jas.
g, Beeves, the Board decides that the benefits to property li-
able to be assessed for said improvement are equal to tue esti-
mated cost of same as reported by the City Civil Zagineer,and
thereupon takes final action on said resolution, the sane being
confirmed ri th out modification.
