Mr. Carey,
Thank you for speaking with me today. As discussed, the Town of Gulf Stream has an existing contract with TAG Griding
for Disaster Debris removal. That contract is dated June 8, 2018, and was for two (2) years, with an option to renew for
up to three (3) additional (1) year periods. We renewed the contract for the first one year term last year (see below) and
we would like to renew the agreement again for 2021.
Please confirm that you agree to renew the agreement. A simple reply to this email stating you agree to the renewal will
be sufficient.
If you have any questions, please let me know.
I appreciate your time.

Back in December, 2019 my partner, Buster Byrd, and I bought TAG Grinding. Jerry Brooks continues to
work with us and we would anticipate that he would oversee any remote contract work.
