An Ordinance Establishing the
Salaries for all Exempt Employees of
The City of Moab
"WHEREAS," the Governing Body of the City of Moab is required to
set the salaries of any exempt employee of the City of Moab;
"AND FURTHERMORE," the exempt employees are defined in the Depart-
ment of Labor Regulations #541, but not to be restricted to, will
include at this time: the Chief of Police;
"NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED," by the City Council of the City of
Moab, that the salary be established as follows:

Section 2: And hereinafter, the annual increase of 3 % as set
forth in the Personnel Policies and Procedures Man-
ual, will be followed without creating another
ordinance and will be in effect without further
notice.
Section 3: This ordinance will become effective upon approval
by the City Council and publication and will be
retroactive to January 1, 1986.
Passed and approved by a majority vote of City Council the 26th
day of June , 1986.
