NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS
The Mayor and Council of the City of Tybee Island will hold Public Hearings at the Public
Safety Building,78 Van Horn, on Thursday, May 14, 2015, at 7:00 pm. The purposes of these
Hearings are as follows:
Variance –consideration of setback variance to allow for construction of an elevator
a.Property Address: 1812 Butler Avenue
b.Zoning Variance (5-090),Section 3-090 (Schedule of Development Regulations)
Variance –consideration of setback variance to allow additional front stairs and handicap lift
for a proposed new single family dwelling
a.Property Address: Lot 10 Robinson Avenue
b.Zoning Variance (5-090),Section 3-090 (Schedule of Development Regulations)
Special Review –consideration of tree trimming within the DNR Shore Protection Area

Anyone wishing to speak to these issues may do so. It will be necessary to sign a Disclosure form
