CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Sternquist called the City Council Special Meeting to order at 11:15 a.m.
in the Live Oak Park Annex located at 10144 Bogue Street, Temple City.

PRESENT: Councilmember - Chavez, Vizcarra, Yu, Blum, Sternquist
ABSENT: Councilmember - None
ALSO PRESENT: City Manager Pulido
TEAM BUILDING & STRATEGIC PLANNING
Consultant Gary LaFerla led the City Council and City staff in a discussion involving
strategic planning and business performance principals and tools as presented in
the book `True North" by Bill George and "Great by Choice" by Jim Collins.
FY 2013-14 BUDGET STUDY SESSION
Administrative Services Director Hause provided Council with a brief overview of
proposed Fiscal Year (FY) 2013-15 City Budget.
