HomeMy Public PortalAbout11-17-1986 PROCEEDINGS OF THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RICHMOND, INDIANA, SERVING AS A BOARD IN CHARGE OF THE OPERATION OF THE RICHMOND POWER & LIGHT PLANT, NOVEMBER 17, 1986 1 The Common Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana, serving as a Board in charge 2 of the operation of the Richmond Power & Light Plant, met in regular session 3 November 17, 1986 at the hour of 7:00 P.M. in the Municipal Building in said City. 4 Chairman Elstro presided with the following Councilmembers present: Williams, 5 Brookbank, Hankinson, Whitesell, Parker, Hutton and Morris. Absent: Bodiker. 6 The following business was had to—wit: • 7 . 8 APPROVAL OF MINUTES OF NOVEMBER 3, 1986 .9 10 Councilmember Hankinson moved to approve the minutes of the previous meeting as 11 prepared, seconded by Councilmember Brookbank and on unanimous voice vote the 12 motion was carried. 13 14 APPROVAL OF BILLS AND INVESTMENTS 15 16 Upon recommendation of the Finance Committee, Councilmember Parker moved to approve 17 bills already paid, investments purchased and bills to be paid as follows, seconded , 18 by Councilmember Hankinson and on unanimous voice vote the motion was carried. 19 20 Bills Already Paid 21 Payroll and deductions 10/31/86 162,331.60 . 22 23 Investments Purchased 24 Depreciation Reserve Fund 2,016,372.24 25 Cash Reserve Fund 28,238.69 26 Bond Reserve Furld 515,474.07 27 Cash Operating Fund - - -850,000.00 III 28 Total Investments 3,410,085.00 29 sill30 Miscellaneous Bills Already Paid 119,590.99 31 32 Total Bills Already Paid 3,692,007.59 33 34 Total Bills Not Paid 100,249.00 35 36 Grand Total of All Approved Bills 3,792,256.59 37 38 REMARKS BY CHAIRMAN 39 40 Chairman Elstro reminded the Board of the meeting at the Service Building at 7:00 41 P.M. on November 20, 1986 and that there would be no meeting on November 24, 1986. 42 43 ADJOURNMENT 44 45 There being no further business, on a motion duly made, seconded and passed the 46 meeting was adjourned. 47 48 49 Howard J.
