& LIGHT PLANT, SEPTEMBER 15, 1986
III1 The Common Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana, serving as a Board in charge
2 of the operation of the Richmond Power & Light Plant, met in regular session
3 September 18, 1986 at the hour of 7:00 P.M. in the Municipal Building in said
4 City. Chairman Elstro presided with the following Councilmembers present: Williams,
5 Hankinson, Parker, Bodiker and Hutton, Absent: Brookbank,: Whitesell and Morris.
6 The following business was had to-wit:

8 APPROVAL OF MINUTES OF SEPTEMBER 2, 1986

10 Councilmember Hankinson moved to approve the minutes of the previous meeting
11 as prepared, seconded by Councilmember Bodiker and on a unanimous voice vote
12 the motion was carried.

14 APPROVAL OF BILLS, TRANSFERS AND INVESTMENTS

16 Councilmember Parker moved to approve the following bills already paid, transfers
17 made, investments purchased and bills to be paid, seconded by Councilmember
18 Hankinson and on a unanimous voice vote the motion was carried.

35 Councilmember Hankinson presented three (3) petitions for street light requests.

43 There being no further business, on a motion duly made, seconded and passed
44 the meeting was adjourned.
