The Board of Public i7orl:s of the City of i;ichmond, Indiana
met in regular session at the office of said Board on ionday
June 9th, 1913, at 9 O'clock A. 1.`.. All the members of said
Board being present, Messrs, I:ennepohl, Charles E; Zimmerman,
the following proceedings were had, to -nit: -
The Board approved the contract & bond of John S, Duke, under
Improvement Resolution IIo, 362-1913,
The Board approved the contract L bond of Nolte & Thompson,
under Improvement i:esoluti on ito, 368-19130
T ii. Cox, was directed to construct a catch basin to catch
sand, to prevent its obstructing the sewer.
Tablet containing names of I..ayor and Committee erecting Tight
Plant, ordered inserted in building at the e:•:pensc of Dr. V7.

The Board of Public 1,70rlrs of the City of Richmond, Indiana,
met inregular �session at the office of said Board on Thursday
June 12th, 1913, at 9 ()'clock- .,, L", All the members of said
Board being present, blessrs, Kennepohl, Charles & Zim.erman,
the Follo'.:ing proceedings wore had. to-vit:-
I1r, Joseph 3huecraft, appeared before the Board protesting
against assessment for sewer made against lots 23-1' & 20-II,T,
in The Parry, addition, owned by him s w.ife, stating that the
conditions were such that the cewer would be of no benefit to
him, Lir. Zirrinerman moved the Board investigate as to said r.ssosc-
ment by vi:jiting the ground, notion prevailed,
The Board met to hear all persons primarilly assessed on account
of the construction of a sanitary sever in Fairviev+, Beginning
at the sewer at Grant & Green St; thence west in Grant St,to al-
ley running north & south between Crosshall & Green St; thence
north in said alley to School St; :,lso in alley 1st south of
School St, from alley between Crosshall & Green St, oast about
50 foot, as provided for by Improvement lesolution IIo.357-1913.
