met in roCular r,esrion at the office of said Board on lyonday
June 16th, 1913, at 9 O'clock A. 14 All the members of said
Board being present, via: lies, I: ar.,ennepohl, Charles and
gi=erman, the follor.-Ing proceedings were had, to -wit; -
The Board meets to hear all persons interested in the oiling
of vabious streets between the points named, except, those
portions of said streets already oiled, as provided far by
Improvement Resolution No. 373-191:*), as follows, to -wit;-
National Road, from ;lest 5th to Corporation line, remonstrance

filed against that portion from ',lest 5th to ',7eot 7th Street,
South 7th Street from South "E" to South "G" Street.
South 16th Strecl, from Bain to South "Ell Street, some to be
oiled as soon as repaired, street comzAssioner directed to

Street, liajority remonstrance filed. hest 5th Street, from
Richmond ive, to National Road, Richmond Ave, from Loran Bride

emonstrance filed against that portion from South 2nd to 5th
Street, South 9th Strect from South "A" to ;South "B" Street.

Street, from South 14th to 15th Street. After hearing all pen
sons interested v!ho appeared and carefully considoring all
remonstrances filed, tho Board overrules said remonstrances
with the exception of the one filed against the oiling of
South 5`1r Street, :,inch was signed by a majors of of the reoi-
dent pro^orty or.•ners, and the Board now confirm the To
as adopted, by stri kingout :South 5th Street, from same

The Street Com:_issioncr was directed to cut the weeds on city
property on east side of North west 1st street, from KdnseJick-
Street north, also to repair South 15th & 16th Streets by -
