Kennepohl, Charles and mermsn, the follovring proceedings were had, to-r,it:- The Board received voucher in the sum of .;513.40, from the T, H.;I. & E. Traction Company, in payment for tarvia placed on National Road along their right-of-way, from ,lest 5th Street to test corporation line. The Company in malting payment of same stated the payment is not made on account of any legal obligation of the Company, but simply because the City thinks they should pay it. The Board arrroved the contract & bond of F.E.Slicl-., for the improvement of 1st alley south of National Doad, from ,lest Ord St, ::act & let alley ;test of said 3rd St, to Southwest "D" St, as Provided for by Improvement icesolutior. No. 366-1913. The Board ordered assessment roll prepared for the tarvia-ing of National Road from •lest 5th Street crest to corporation line. The Board approved a plat, signed by E.G.Kemper, presto and0. A. Killer, Secy., Home Buibders Associationthe same represent- ing 6 town lots numbered from 1 to 6 inclusife, being a Part of Sec. 33 F. 341 of Tr:shp.14, Rnge,l-';lest, abutting on south side of National Road & east of South 23rd Street, to be.moVM as "Glen View, Addition.)
