met in regular session at the office of said Board on Thuesday

A petition was presented for the construction of sewer in the
alley running east 1 west 1st south of State St,from a point

posite Boyer Street: thence east to Sheridan Street, refer.

A petition was presented for certain changes to establish a
system for the improvement of streets, in Rceveston Place,.;dd.,
which res unanimously concurred in•
The Board meets to hear remonstrances if any, of persons prim-
arily assessed for the placing of Tarvia on Rational Road from
West 5th St, to rest corporation line, as provided for by
Improvement of Rational Road under the "Three Llile Road
No one appearing, the Board approved a final assessment roll
approving in all things the primary assessment roll heretofore
approved, and no- orders the same transmitted forthwith to the
Department of Finance,
The Board meets to hear all persons interested or rjaose proper-

The Board received bids for the construction of 1 ^n-hole Wiest
of the C . & 0. Railroad, between North "Cif& "D" Strect as
provided for by Improvement Resolution No. 369-1913, as Yol-
