sere had, to-rit:-
The Board meets to hear all persons interested or Whose prop-
erty is affected by the construction of cement roadray in the
1st alley rest of South 7th Street, from South "G" to "H" St
as provided for by Improvement Pesolution 110. 352-1913. After
hearing all persons interested rho appeared, the Board decides
that the benefits to property liable to be assessed for said
improvement are equal to the cost of same as reported by tho
City civil Engineer, and thereupon takes final action on said
resolution, the same being confirmed, vithout modification.
A remonstrance signed by a majority of the resident property
orners abutting on the above improvement was received, and
the Board can proceed no further with said improvement,unloss
authorized by ordinance passed by the Common Council and ap-
proved by the hayor. on motion of LIT. Charles the natter was '
referred to the Com.on Council.
The Board approved a primary assessment roll in the matter of
constructing cement curb L. gutter on both sides, and sidewalk
on west side of South 2nd Street, from South "A" to "B" Street,
as provided for by Improvement Resoluti on No, 350-1912.
The Board approved a primary assessment roll in the matter of
the constracti on of cement roadway in the 1st alley north of
11ain St, from North 13th to 14th Street, as provided for by
Improvement Resolution No. 356-1913.
The Board approved a primary assessment roll in the ratter
constructing cement curb, gutter 8: sideralk on both sides
South loth Street from South "C" to South "E" Street, as
vided for by Improvement Resolution 110. 360-1913.
