IN CHARGE OF THE OPERATION OF THE RICHMOND POWER
& LIGHT PLANT, JUNE 16, 1986
1 The Common Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana, serving as a Board in charge
2 of the operation cf the Richmond Power & Light Plant, met in regular session June
III 3 16, 1986 at the hour of 7:00 P.M. in the Municipal Building in said City. In
4 the absence of Chairperson Elstro, Councilmember Whitesell presided with the
5 following Councilmembers present: Williams, Brookbank, Hankinson, Parker, Bodiker,
6 Hutton and Morris. Absent: Elstro. The following business was had to-wit :

8 APPROVAL OF MINUTES OF JUNE 2, 1986 .

10 Councilmember Hankinson moved to approve the minutes of the previous meeting as
11 prepared, seconded by Councilmember Williams and on unanimous voice vote the motion
12 was carried.

14 APPROVAL OF BILLS, TRANSFERS AND INVESTMENTS

16 Upon recommendation of the Finance Committee, Councilmember Parker moved to approve
17 bills already paid, tranfers made, investments purchased and bills to be paid
18 as follows, seconded by Councilmember Hankinson and on unanimous voice vote the
19 motion was carried.

45 Councilperson Whitesell announced the regular monthly meeting of the Executive
46 Board on June 23, 1986 at 7:00 P.M. at the Service Building. Agenda items should
47 be in by June 18, 1986.

51 There being no further business, on a motion duly made, seconded and passed the
52 meeting was adjourned.
