Dear Sir:
After looking over your reports for year 1912, I
find you have expended a total of nearly 4`20,000.00 for removing
garbage L. rubbish and operating of Crematory.
If yos will allow the use of Crematory for burning
paper & rubbish. I will furnish 5,000-10 gallon cans with tight
lids, to be placed at direction of City, and will gather cans &
dispose of the garbage ones each week; Also will haul
away

ashes & rubbish as are placed in boxesor barrels & placed
front curbing on day cane are gathered in that district. All
this to be done at a Qost to
