The Board of Public 'Nor}:s of the City of Richmond, Indiana met in regu'-ar session at the office( of said Board on Lgy ond o4tober 6th, 19139 at 9 O'clock A. L. All the members of said Board being present, viz: Messrs, dennepohl, Charles Zimmerman. The following proceedings were had, to-rit The l,:ayor filed with the Board a notice received by him, of injuries alleged to have been sustained by Jennie Taylor on the Dotan Bridge, The Clerk was directed to place the same on file. The injuries alleged to have been received on October ith,1913. The Board meets to hear all persons interested or chose prop- erty is affected by the vaoati on of the alley running east & Pest of Northrest 6th St, along the north side of Lots :lots 10 & 11 of the Davis Additi on, on south side of Richmond Ave. as provided for by Declaratory Resolution No. 91-1913. 110 one ampearing or re-onstrating, the Board being dully advised in the premises , the Board ordered a list or roll prepared of all owners or holders of property, and of valuable inter- ests therein, sought to be taken or to be injuriously affect- ed, v;hich list or roll shall also describe the property bene- ficially affected, and the Board fix the assessment of bene- fits against lots 10 L- 11 Davis Add, at Y15.00 each. The Board approved a primary assessment roll in the matter of the construction of Sewer System in Reeveston Place, as Provided for by Improvement Resolution Noe 340-1912. The Board received the application of Elmer Be berg and Ernest Spaulding, to the position of Firemen, Charles Carter rlsigned. L'. All the Members of said Board being present, viz: ilessrs, Eennepohl, Charles and Zim- merman• The following proceedings ^ere !lad, to -Pit: - The City Civil Engineer reported the completion of contract under Improvement Resolution Ilo. 366-1913. for the improvement of the lst alley south of National Road from hest 3rd Street to 1st al- ley west of West 3rd Street and Slley 1st rest of .lest 3rd Street from alley first south of National Road south to Southwest "D" Street, by constructing cement roadway in said alleys between the points named. The Board accepts the same and order an assess- ment roll prepared, and the Board order that the assessment roll on the alley running north k south from alley 1st south of Nation- al Road to Southwest "D" Street, be made out as follows, to-rit; The property abutting on the east side of thertllabuaey ttibngg onthe ed 2�3rds of the cost of alley, and the pmpe y Pest side of said alley to be assessed 173rd of the cost of the same .
