COMMDN COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RICHMOND, INDIANA,
SERVING AS A BOARD IN CHARGE OF THE OPERATION OF THE
RICHMOND POWER & LIGHT PLANT, JANUARY 7, 1985
1 The Common Council, of the. City of Richmond, Indiana, serving as a Board in
2 charge of the operation of the Richmond Power & Light Plant, met in special
3 session for the purpose of election of Officers for 1985. The meeting was
III 4 held at the hour of 6:55 P.M. on January 7, 1985 in the Municipal Building
5 in said City. Chairman Whitesell presided and the following busines was had
6 to-wit:

10 Chairman Whitesell announced that he -would receive nominations for the Office
11 of Chairman of the Board of Directors for Richmond Power & Light Plant.

13 Councilperson Lemoine presented the name of Lynn Nepote Morris for Chairman
14 of the Board of Directors for Richmond Power & Light. The motion was seconded
15 by Councilperson Brookbank. There being no other nominations the nominations
16 were closed.

18 On a unanimous voice vote Lynn Nepote Morris was elected Chairman of the Board -
19 of Directors of the Richmond Power & Light Plant for the year 1985.

21 ELECTION OF VICE CHAIRMAN

23 Councilperson Whitesell announced he would receive nominations for the Office
24 of the Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Richmond Power & Light -
25 Plant.

27 Councilperson Lemoine presented the name of Jane Brookbank for Vice Chairman
28 of the Board of Directors of the Richmond Power & Light Plant. The nomination
29 was seconded by Councilperson Morris. There being no further nominations,
30 the nominations were closed.

32 On unanimous voice vote Jane Brookbank was elected Vice Chairman of the Richmond
33 Power & Light Plant for 1985.

35 ADJOURNMENT

37 There being no further business, the special meeting of the Board of Directors
38 of the Richmond Power & Light Plant was adjourned by consensus of the members. •
