Mayor's Report—Gave report from his attendance at the Timber Ridge Nature Trail Good Neighbor Meeting. Dry pond on Willow Ridge—asked PW to see if the ground can be mowed and then grade it. 2. City Council Reports —Upton had a question regarding Soccer Field grading and when it should be complete. Doug advised that work can still be done late fall or will get complete by early spring. 3. Director of Public Work's Report—I& I has improved the inflow to the Waste Water. Holiday Banners are in and will be up for the Holiday's. 4. Building Official Report—Preliminary walk through of CCA Middles School and have issued 25 building permits in 30 days. 5. City Engineer's Report—Rathje isn't answering Jay's phone calls regarding the final punch list items. 6. City Attorney's Report—No news. 7.
