The Board of Public Works of the City of Richmond, Indiana,
met in regular session at the office of said Board on Thursday
December 4th, 1913, at 9 O'clock A. Me All the members of Sai^
Board being present, Messrs, Bennepohl, Charles & Zimmerman.
The following proceedings were had, to -wit: -
On motion of L'r. Zimmerman, the City Controller was directed
to report as near as possible the amount of money there will
be in the City Treasury the let of January, 1914.
A petition was presented signed by Frank Me Price, to run a
drain from cellar of property at the corner of Howard & {West
let Street, across 1st Street to river bank. On motion of
Mr. Zimmerman, the petition was not granted, On motion The
Engineer was directed to grant permission to air. Price to tap
the trunk sewer provided he pay y10.00 to the city for the
privilege and he be petitioner for sewer in the future.
The Board approved a plat representing 225 town lots in Rich-
mond Lake & Park Co, konwn as the Morton Lake & Park Addition.
