Monday December 15th,1913, The Board of Public Works of the City of Richmond, Indiana, met in regular session at the office of said Board Thursday The Board of Public Works of the City of Richmond, Indiana, Decombor 18th, 19130 at 9 O'clock A. M. All the members of met in regular session at the office of said Board on Monday said Board being present, viz: Messrs, Kennepohl, Charles & December 15th, 1913, at 9 O'clock A.
