Receive and File Monthly General Fund Financial Report for the Period Ending January 31, 2023 – INFORMATIONAL 6. Resolution authorizing the City Manager or designee to execute an amendment with the County of San Mateo to provide Law Enforcement Services for FY 2022-2023 through FY 2026-2027 and in an amount not to exceed $8,064,820 for the period of July 1, 2022 through June 30, 2023 – ACTION 7. Approval of field use at Central Park, and fee waivers for the Spring Festival on April 8, 2023 – ACTION 8. Approve, by motion, to authorize the Mayor to attend the National League of Cities’ Congressional City Conference in Washington, D.C. – ACTION PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE TO THE PUBLIC: Persons who wish to speak on matters set for PUBLIC HEARING will be heard when the presiding officer calls for comments from those persons who are in support of or in opposition thereto.
