IN CHARGE OF THE OPERATION OF THE RICHMOND POWER
& LIGHT PLANT, OCTOBER 3, 1983
1 The Common Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana, serving as a Board
2 in charge of the operation of the Richmond Power & Light Plant, met in regular
3 session October 3, 1983 at the hour of 7:00 :p-..m. in the Municipal Building
4 of said- City. Vice Chairman Hankinson presided with the following members
5 present: Messrs. Elstro, Williams, Ms. Henry, Mills, Parker, Carter and
6 Paust. Absent: Welch. The following business was had, to-wit:

8 APPROVAL OF MINUTES OF SEPTEMBER 19, 1983

10 Councilman Mills moved to approve the minutes of the previous meeting as
11 published, seconded by Councilman Paust and on unanimous voice vote the
12 motion was carried.

14 APPROVAL OF THE BILLS

16 Councilman Carter moved to approve bills in the amount of $711,373.38,
17 seconded by Councilwoman Henry and on unanimous voice vote the motion was
18 carried.

20 REPORT BY GENERAL MANAGER

22 In the absence of General Manager Irving Huffman, Assistant General Manager
23 Richard Barker requested passage of two (2) resolutions: (1) A resolution
'24 approving compensation of employees of Richmond Power & Light and matters .
25 related- thereto., (1978-1982) (2) A resolution approving compensation of
26 employees of Richmond Power & Light and matters related thereto (1983) .

28 Councilman Paust moved for adoption of Resolution 1-1983, seconded by
29 Councilman Williams and on unanimous voice vote the motion was carried.

III 31 Councilman Paust moved for adoption of Resolution 2-1983, seconded by
32 Councilman Williams and on unanimous voice vote the motion was carried.

36 There being no further business on motion duly made, seconded and passed
37 the meeting was adjourned.
