& LIGHT PLANT,. .MARCH 21, 1983

1 The Common Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana, serving as a Board in
2 charge' of the operation of the Richmond Power & Light Plant, met in regular
3 session March 21, 1983 at the hour of 7:00 p.m. in the Municipal Building
III4 in said City. Vice Chairman Hankinson presided with the following members
5 present: .Messrs. Elstro, Williams, Ms. Henry, Mills, Parker, Carter and
6 Paust. Absent: Welch. The following business was had, to-wit:

8 APPROVAL OF. MINUTES OF .MARCH :-7, 1983

10 Councilman Mills moved to approve the minutes of the previous meeting as
11 published, seconded by Councilman Parker and on unanimous voice vote the
12 motion was carried.

14 APPROVAL- OF BILLS, TRANSFERS AND INVESTMENTS

16 Councilman.Carter' mOved to approve the bills, transfers, transfers from the
17 depreciation fund and investments purchased as presented, .seconded by Council-
18 woman Henry and on unanimous voice vote the motion was carried.

20 REMARKS BY CHAIRMAN

22 Vice Chairman Hankinson reminded the Board of the Executive Meeting March 28
23 at 7:00 p.m., at the RP&L building. General Manager Irving Huffman stated
24 he has had a .request from members of the Anderson Council to attend this
25 meeting.
