July 7th, 19o8, for the Citys proportion of cost of labor
performed and material used in constructing temporary structure
for carrying tracks of the Indianapolis and Richmond LivislOns
of the P.C,C.£: St,L.Py.00. across Northwest Secon(1 street, durlr
construction of undergrade crossing, June, 1908, as follows: -
Total of bill rendered $3721.12, the City of Richmond propOrtic

as per agreement between the City and said Railway Company, sop
and approved by the Railway Company and the Board of Public Worl
of said City, and approved by an ordinance passed by the Cormon
Council the 18ti. day of July, 1907. on motion the hoard allows

assessment of benefits -and damages on account of the vacation c
part of an alley, being first alley North of Chesnut street r(,
East and West, between Rest 3rd street aml West 4th street, as
provided for by Declaratory Resoltitiun !;o030-1908. After hearin., �ji
those who appeared and being fully advlaed in the premises, the
Loard unanimously approves a final assessment roll heretofore
approved, and orders same transmitted forthwith to the Department
or finance.
The Board unanimously adopts Improvement Resolution Noel-52 1908.
providing for the improvement of the alley between South 5th street
and South 6th street, from South D street to South E street, by
grading, graveling and bowldering, and 3 brick center.
The Board orders the house o.^ned by the City at 1:o.618 i;orth 10th
street, wired for Tllectric Li4rhting.
