The Board of Public ',';orks of the City of Richimond, Indiana,
met in regular session at the office of said Board on Friday
August 213t, 1908, at 10 Olrloc;k A.M. All the members of said Board
being present: An ssrs, Staubach, Johnson, and O'Neal,
The following proceedings ware had to-wi4:-
Phe Board meets to hear all persons Interested or aho3e property
is affected by the following described public improvement:
Improvement iesolution .o.150-1908, providing for the improvement
of South 7th street, from Main street to South " street, by
constructing Cement Sidewalks, and Cement Curb an": Gutter on both.
sides thereof, except such portion of said walks where cement
construction of good quality already exists, After hearing all persons
who appeared, and considering remonstrance filed, and being fully
advised in the premises, the Board decides that the benefits to
property liable to be assessed for said improvement are equeal to the
estimated cost of the same as reported by the City Civil Engineer,
and thereupon takes final action on said resolution as originally
adopted, the same being confirmed by a unanimous vote of the Board
without modification,

Philip Hipskind & Sons, and the Board recommends to the Finance
the
Lepartment the payment of the sum of 110,000 as part payment the
01ty3 portion of the South-,�;est Sewer system, as provided for by
above named resolution,
