The Board of Public Works or the City of Richmond, Indiana,
met in regular session at the office oi' said Board on Wndns3day
August 26th, 1908, at 10 O'clock A.II. All the members of said Board
being Present: Messrs, 8taubach, Johnson, and O'Neal.

The Board approves a bond and contract of John B.Sittloh for the
improvement of the alley between Norte 10th street and ?forth llth
street, running North and South, from North I street south to the
first alley running, East and Test, by grading, graveling and
boreldering, and 5 brick center, as provided for by Improvement
Resolution No, 147-1908,
The Board unanimously adopts Declaratory Resolution 7.10,35-1908.
providing for the vacation oi' a poction of State Street,from the
East line of Lot 64, I[annah A.Leeds ackiition, to the East line of
West 5th street.

assessment of benefits anal damages on uzaco-Lont of the opening and
