Consola, M. Krippel, D. Norris, W. Schempf. ALSO PRESENT: P. J. Waldock, Village Planner S. Hart, Secretary Chairman Sobkoviak called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. Roll call was taken. Chairman Sobkoviak declared the minutes of the July 7, 1992 meeting approved as presented. Chairman Sobkoviak then turned the meeting over to A. Consola, and left the meeting. OLD BUSINESS: None. NEW BUSINESS: CASE NO. 354-070792 SU CAROL SPENCER, CPA Mr. Waldock summarized his report, this is a Special Use Approval t for a professional office in the Res. A-1, single and two family residence district.. The property is on Rt. 126, the Zoning Ordinance provides for professional offices as a Special Use in the Res. A District. The applicant wishes to establish a professional CPA office in her residence at 707 W. Main. The proposal would provide for office space in the Family Room of the west dwelling and into the east dwelling's family room. Future business growth could be accommodated by conversion of the garage to office area in the east unit. Discussion regarding, future ownership and status, 2R fire rating wall dividing the units, the length of Special Use, (One year of non use, voids the Special Use). The Special Use should be limited to one business for the building. M. Krippel moved to recommend to the Village Board, the approval of the Special Use Approval for a CPA Office in the Res. A-1 District at 707 W. Main. Subject to the 3 stipulations of the Planner, plus a 4th, Special Use is limited to one business operation on the premises. Seconded by H. Bayer. Roll call vote: H.
