Consola, D. Norris, W. Schempf. ALSO PRESENT; P. 7. Waldock, Village Planner S. Hart, Secretary Chairman Sobkoviak called the meeting to order at 7:55 p.m. Roll call was taken, M. Krippel was absent. Chairman Sobkoviak declared the minutes of the August 18, 1992 meeting approved as presented. OLD BUSINESS: None. NEW BUSINESS: CASE NO. 360-081192.FV UNITED DISTILLERS The fence, 6 ft. tall (plus 3 strands of barbed wire on top) will be attached to the new addition, at the northeast corner of the building. Then extend to a 20 ft. setback from the the road right-of--way. Extend 780 ft. along the right-of--way, past the storage tank and pump house, and back to attach to the loading dock on the east side of the building. The variance relates to interference from existing mature trees in the fence path if placed at the required setback. Staff recommends approval of the variance for a fence setback of 20 ft. where 50 ft. is required with said approval to allow 3 strands of barbed wire. A. Consola moved to recommend to the Village Board, the approval of the request for a variance from fence regulations to allow an 8 ft. security fence, 20 ft. from the front property line, where a 50 ft. setback is required. Seconded by W. Schempf. Roll call vote: H. Bayer, yes; E. Fortini, yes; A. Consola, yes; D. Norns, yes; W. Schempf, yes; Chairman Sobkoviak, yes. Motion carried, 6 yes, 0 no. One absent.
