The Board of Public Works of the City of Richmond, Indiana, met in regular session at the office of said Board on Friday November 6th, 1908, at 10 O'Clock A. M. All the members of said Board being present': Messrs, Staubach, Johnson, and O'Neal. The following proceedings were had to -wit: - Pursuant to postponement the Board takes up the matter of the construction of a sewer, as provided for by Improvement Resolution No.156-1908. After a conference with property owners interested, the Board now rescinds all action heretofore taken on said resolution. The Board grants to Trippeer & Son contractors, an extension of time to June 1st, 1909 to complete contract for the improvement of North-West Second street, as provided for by Improvement Resolution No.106-1907. The Board approves a primary assessmeht roll of benefits and damages in the matter of the vacation of the alley between North 8th street and North 9th street, from North B street south to the first alley running Bast and West, as provided for by Declaratory Resolution No..36-1908. The Board instructs the Finance Department to pay John F. Cronin the 5% of contract price retained for one year, (except the sum of '25.00) on the following named improvement: North 14th street, rrom Main street to North B street, Cement sidewalks and Cement curb and gutter on both sides thereof between the points named, due October 3rd, 1908.
