Friday November Gth, 1908.
The Board of Public Works of the City of Richmond, Indiana,
met in regular session at the office of said Board on Friday
llovember Gth, 1908, at 10 O'Clock A. M. All the nerghers of said
Board being present` :r3aara, staubach, Johnson, and O'Neal.
The vollowing proceedin,;a ar re ha(L to -wit: -
Pursuant to postponement the Board takes up the matter of the
construction oi' a sevrer, as provided for by Improvement Resolution
No.156-1908. After a coni'rrence with property owners interested,
the Board now rescinds all action her^tofore taken on said
resolution.
The Board grants to Trippeer & Son contractors, an extension of
time to June 1st, 1909 to complete contract for the improvement
of North-West Second street, as provided for by Improvement
Resolution No.106-1909.
The Board approves a primary assesan.eht roll o1' benefits and damages
In the matter of the vacation of the alley betwfeen North 8th street
and North 9th street, from llorth B street south to the first alley
runnin? Bast and West, as provided for by ITeclaratory Resolution
No,•36-190R.
The Board instructs the Finance Department to pay John F. Cronin
the 5c; of contract price retained for one year, (exc9pt the sum of
�'25.00) on the following named improvement: North 14th street, J'rom
Main street to North r street, Cement sidewalks and Cement curb and
gutter on both sides thereof between the points naned, due October
Ird, 1908,
Claims to the amount of A5,901.05 were allowed and ordered paid.
The Board did then adjourn.
