The Board oi' Public Works of the City of Richron(l, Incitana,
met in regular session at the orrice Oil said Board on ,eclnesda_
January Bth, 1909, at 10 O'clock A, 11. All the menbers of said

The Board grants A. C. Underhill permission to obstruct the sideaalf.

for the purpose of hauling building material thereon, for a period

The Board meets to hear remonstrances and take final action on
Declaratory Resolution No,37-1908, providing for the vacation of the
alley between 11orth-west 2nd street and Hunt .street, from the South
line of Lots.3 & 4, We L, Thornburgh Addition, to Villiama street, No
remonstrance being filed or'presented to the Board against said pro-
posed vacation, thereupon, beinE fully ad.vised in the natter, the
Board tikes final action on said resolution, confirming without
modification, all i'orner action taken on the aurae. And the Board now
orders that a list or roll be prepared or' all owners or holders of
property, and of valuahle interests therein sought to be taken or
to bo injuriously affected, which, list or roll shall also describe
the property henafieially affected•
