Wednesday .January 18th, 1909.
The Board of Public Viorks oz' the City Of' Richmond, Indiana,
met in regular session at the office of said Board on Wednesday
January 13th, 1909, at 10 O'Clock A. M. All the, members Of said
Board being present:•i.les3rs, Staubach, Johnson and O'Neal.
The following proceedings were had to-.^lt:-
The Board meets to hear remonstranees, if any, from persona primarily
assessed on account of the improvP,ment of the first alley Last of
South 13th street, by grading, and the construction of a sanitary
sewer therein, i'rom Souti: s street to South 0 street, as provided
for by Improvement Resolution No. 149-1908, After hearinF all persons
who appeared, the•Board approves a final a3ses.;ment roll, confirming
in all things the original assessment roll as heretofore approved,
and orders s,.me transmitted forthwith to the liepurtment of Finance,
A petition was presented for a water main on Railroad street, from
tlorth-west let street to Sheridan street, the Board postpones action
on same until Friday January 15th, 1909, and instructs the Clerk to
request Howard A. Lill, Superintendent of the Richmond City Water
Viorks, to meet with the Board on said clay.
