1) CALL TO ORDEit, ROLL CALL, PLEDGE.
2) MINUTES -Approval of minutes for December 14, 1998

3) FINAL DESIGN OF DES PLAINES STREET SOUTH OF LOCKPOKT. Subsequent
to the last meeting about the DesPlaines Street improvements, the Village Engineer
proceeded according to directions to complete the final design. Also based upon that
direction the developer of the building at 530 Lockport has constructed his sidewalk, planters
and catch basins to match the grades of the final design. Prior to developing final drawings
and contract documents, the Staff needs your final review.
After the Board agrees upon the final design the matter may be referred. to the Finance
Committee so adequate funds may be budgeted over the next few years.
