1) CALL TO ORDER, ROLL CALL, PLEDGE.
2) MINUTES -Approval of Workshop Meeting Minutes, September 14, 1998
3) PERSONNEL POLICY. At the August 10th Workshop, the Board members requested
additional time to review the lengthy document and that Attorney Dave Ruffle be present for the
subsequent review. Because of various schedules we could not place this an the Agenda until the
end of September. If the Board desires to adopt the Personnel Policy it should be placed on a
subsequent Board Agenda and adopted by Resolution. (Personnel Policy attached.)
