The, bid of Sullivar Cement Stone Company being the lowest and under
the estimate of the City Civil Engineer, and the Board having
satisfied themselves as to the responsibility of the said company,
on motion the contract was awarded to the acid Sullivan Cement
Stotts Company,
The Board receives bids for the itrgprovement of West Sixth street
from National road south to the South Corporation line, by grading,
and graveling the roadivay, and constructing cement sidewalk and
cement curb and gutter on both aides thereof, between the points
named, as provided for by Improvement Resolution No. 172-19099
as follows: -

persons interested or whose ro erty is affected by the following
described public improvement: Iirtprovement Resolution No, 180-19099
providing for the improvement of North 8th street, from Wain street
to FtWayn, Avenue, by constructing cement sidewalk on both sides
thereof, between the points named, except sucilread9°Palates&After
