RICHMOND POWER & LIGHT PLANT, MAY 3, 1976 .
1 The Common Council of the City of. Richmond-, Indiana, serving as a
2 committee 'in charge of the operation of the Richmond Power & Light
3 Plant, met in regular:session May .3, 1976, at the hour of 7:00 P.M.
- 4 in the Municipal Building of said City. 11r. Ahaus presided with
III5 . . the following members present: Messrs. Austerman , Carter, Cornett,
6 Elstro, Merchanthouse, Mills , Paust .and. LAlilliams. :The following
7 business was had, to-wit:

9. Mr. Williams moved to approve the minutes of the previous meeting,
10 seconded by Mr.. Mills and on unanimous voice vote the motion was _
11 carried.

13 • Mr. Paust moved to approve the following bills, payroll and invest-
14 , ments, seconded by. Mr Merchanthouse and on unanimous voice. vote
15 the motion was carried.

34 Mr. Elstro's meeting which was scheduled for May 4th is being re-
35 scheduled for Thursday, May 6th at 7:BQ.

37 Mr. Mills gave a request for lighting in Park Terrace Addition to the
38 Street Light Committee.

40 If the absence of General Manager, . Irving Huffman , Mr. Delmer Cox,
41 General Office Manager of RP&L opened bids for one new automobile.

43 Mr.; Mills moved for Proof of Publication be accepted and filed, second-
44- ed by Mr. Paust and on unanimous voice vote the motion was carried.

1 It was noted that the bid from Bob Ross Buick, Inc. was not

4 Mr. Cox asked the bids be referred to the General Manager for further
5 study and recommendation at the May 17th meeting.

7 There being no further business, on motion duly made, seconded and
8 passed, the meeting was adjourned.
