City Civil Engineer, on motion the contract was awarded to the said
Boots & Gant.
The Board approves the contract anti. bond of Wm. H. Boyd, for the im-
provement of the alley between North 9th street and North loth street,
from the first alley North of Main street to North A street, by con-
structing a cement road.way the full width thereof between the points
named, as provided for by Improvement Resolution No. 173-1909.
