After hearing.all persons who appeared, and being fully advised in the premises, the Hoard decides that the benefits to property liable to be assessed for said improve- ment are equal to the estimated cost of the same as reported by the City Civil Engin9er, and thereupon takes final action on said resolu- tion as originally adopted, the same being confirmed by a unanimous vote of the Board without modification. The Board approves the contract anti bond of Lfatner Bros Co, for the supplying of certain coal, as named tr.er?in, to the City of Richmond, from June 1st, 1909, to June 1st, 1910. The Board receives bill from P. C. C. & St. L. Railway Company dated May 5th, 1909, for Citys proportion of cost of material used and labor performed in connection with the water -proofing of the Richmond and Indianapolis Livision Bridges at West Secondstreet undergrade cross- ing, as follows: - Total of bill dated May 5th, 1909 Proportion of City of Richmond 40cj - - - 5206.53 as per the agreement between the City and Said Railway Company, signed and approved by the Railway Company and the Board of Public works of said City, and approved by an ordinance passed by the Common Council the 18th day of July, 1907. On motion the Board allows said above named bill. The Board approves the contract and bond of Schneider Bros, for the improvement of North 6th street from Main street to FtWayne avenue, by constructing cement sidewalk on both sides thereof, between the Points named, except on the portions of said street where cement con- struction of good quality already exists, as provided for by Improve- ment Resolution No. 166-1909. The Board approves the contract and bond of Schneider Bros, for the Improvement of South D street, from South 14thanstrePt to South h, gravel street , by grading and graveling the roadway, P between the sidewalk and cement curb and gutter on both sides thereof, Points named, as provided for by Laprovement Resolution No. 168-1909.
