A petition was presented for the construction of a sanitary sewer in
tilealley between South Gth and South 7th street, from South. C street
to North line of South 7th street Park, same was referred to the
Engineer for plans and resolution ordered,
p petition eras presented, signed by Clayton Runt, to construct under
private contract a 5 foot cement sidewalk abutting GIs property on
the South side of North C street, from North lath street to the first
alley east, the Board grants said petition, said work to be done under
the direction and supervision of the City Civil Engineer.
A petition was presented for the construction of a lateral sewer In
the alley between Ridge and Boyer street, from the first alley North
of Charles street to School street, same was taken under advisement•
A petition was presented for the construction of a sanitary sewer in
alley between South 4th and South 5th street, from South h street to
South li street, same was referred to the Engineer for plans and
resolution ordered.
A petition was presented for the improvement of the second alley
North of Main street, from North 7th street to North 8th street, by
constructing a cement roadway the full width thereof, between the
points named, same was referred to the Engineer for plane and
resolution ordered, providing for modern roadway.
The Board unanimously adopts Improvement Resolution No. 188-19099
providing for the improvement of South Eight street, from the South
line of !,fain street to the North line of South A street, by construct-
ing cement curb and gutter on both sides thereof, between the points
named, and paving the roadway the full width thereof, between the
Points named, with one of the kinds of modern pavements, to -wit: -
Brick, Bitulithic, Asphalt or Ylooden Block, and North Eight street,
from the North line of lAain street to the South line of North A street,
by paving the roadway the full width thereof, betweeen7the Points last
named with one of the kinds of modern pavements,
Bitulithic, Asphalt or woollen Block.
The COO. or. Council at their last regular meeting having by an ordinance
passed by a two thirds vote, which eras approved and signed by the
ttayor, authorized the improvement of North A street, from k, 5hftset in
street to North 7th street by constructing cement sidewalk, Board
width on both sides thereof, between the points named, therovemnt.
