The Board of Public Works of the City of Richmond., Indiana, met in regular session at the Office of said Board on Friday June llth, 19o9, at 10 O'Clock A. M. All the members of said Board being present: Messrs, Hallowell, Johnson and O'Neal. The, following proceedings were had, to-lt:- The Board meets to hear all persons interested in the matter of the assessment of benefits and damages on accot;nt of the opening and laying out West 4th street, from West Main street to National Road, as provided for by Declaratory Resolution No. 41-1909, After hearing all those who appeared, and being fully advised in the premises, the Board unanimously approves a final assessment roll in the said matter, confirming in all things the original roll heretofore approved, and orders same transmitted forthalth to the department of finance. The Board orders resolution and. plans for the constructiun of a sewer in the alley between Ridge and Boyer street, from tha first alley north of Charles street north to School street. The Board unanimously adopts Improvement Resolution No. .189-1909, providing for the improvement of the second alley Borth of Main street, from North 7th street to ;forth 8th _itreet, by constructing' a rodern roadway the full width thereof, between the points named. The Board unanimously adopts Improvement Resolution No. 190-1909, providing for the construction of a sewer in the alley between South 4th and South 5th street and in South D street, from the first alley South of South B street to South D street, thencP East in said South D street to South 6th street. The Board approves tn� contract and bond. of Schneider Bros, for the construction of a sewer in South C. street and in alleys North and south, from the first alley vtest of South 7th street to the first alle s east of South 6th street thence NO: and South in said alleys 125 feet more or less, as provided for by Improvement Resolution No. 1R4-1909.
