p petition was presented, signed by all the property owners on the
west side of South 8th street, from South E street to South G street
for the making of cement sidewulk on s;d d Avast side thereof', b^tween'
the points named, 7 feet in width instead of 6 feet in width as
provided in resolution ordering said improvement, the contractor for
said improvement agreeing to construct the additional width petitioned
for at the same ratio as his bid on 6 foot walk, the Board grants
said petition and instructs the City Civil Engineer to provide for
such additional width as above mentioned, between the points named.
A petition was presented, signed by Louis J, Rank, Sr, to tap sewer
between South 6th and South 7th street at the intersection of said
sewer with South J street, the Board grants said petition the said
Louis J. Bank to pay to the City of Richmond the sum of $10,00 for
said privilege.
The Board unanimously adopts Improvement Resolution No, 191-19099
proviling for the construction of a sewer in the alley between South
6th and South 7th street and in Second alley North of South E street,
from South C street to the Second alley North of South E street, thence
west in said alley to South 6th street.
The Board unanimously adopts Improvement Resolution No. 192-1909,

The Board instructs the Finance Department to pay the 5� of contract
Price retained for one year on the following named improvements, to the
contractors named, Daniel G, Burkhardt, grading and graveling the
roadway, and constructing cement sidewalk and cement curb and gutter
on both sides of North 21st street, from E to F street, due June 10th
