The Board of Public Works of the City of Richmond, Indiana,
met in regular session at the office of said Board on Friday
June 25th, 1909, at 10 U Clock A, 1% The following members of said

The following proceedings
There being no quorum present on the (lay of the last regular meeting,
Wednesday June 23r(19 1909, no meeting of the Board was held that day.
The Board meets to hear all persons interested or whose property
is affected by the following described public; improvement:
Improvement Resolution No. 183-1909, providin.for the improvement
of the alley West of South-west•3rd street, from South-west D street
north to the first alley south of National road, thence East to South-
west Ard street, by grading, graveling and borldering, and brick
center. After hearing all person who appeared, and being fully
advised in the premises, the Board decides that the benefits to
property liable to be assessed for said improvement are equal to the
estimated cost of the same as reported by the City Civil FnginPer,
an(i thereupon takes final action on said resolution as originally
adopted, the same being confirmed by a unanimous vote of the members
of the Board present without modification.
The Board meets to hear all persons interested or whose property is
affected. by the following described public improvement:
Improvement Resolution No. 190-1909, providing for the construction
of a sewer in the alley between South 4th and South 5th street, from
the first alley South of South B street to South D street, thence
east in said South D street to South 6th street. After hearing all
persons who appeared, and being fully advised in the premises, the
Board decides that the benefits to property liable to be assessed for
said improvement are equal to the estimated cost of the same ason
reported by the City Civil Fngineer, and thereupon takes coned
alraction
on said resolution as originally adopted, tiie same being
a unanimous vote of the members of the Board present without mod""ca-
tion,
