Friday June 25th, 1909,
Upon the recommendation of the City Civil Engineer the Board allows
the Contractor, tYilliam H. Boyd, Bog of the total cost or the
improvem^nt under improvement Resolution No. 161-19J9, providing for
the construction of cement sidewalk and cement curb and gutter on the
North side of Main street, from 22nd street east to the East entrance
to Clen Park, to -wit:- total cost of improvement $2123,66, 80;; thereof
$1698.92, which latter sum the Board hereby directs the Finance
bapartrsent to pay to the said Willian R. Boyd, Contractor for said
work.
A petition was presented. for the inprovement of North 12th street,
from I street to J street, by the construction of cement sidewalk on
the West side thereof, between the points named, same was taken under
advisement.
A petition was presented, signed by George Parry, for the construction
of a cement sidewalk under private contract, on South side of North E
street, from 20th street to first alley Fast, same was taken under
advisement.
The Board approvos an amenament and supplement to original primary
assessment roll in the matter of the construction of a (fain sewer in
North-west Second street and In alley North of Chesnut street, from
Station 12 x 50 in alley nest of North-west First street to Station 0
North-west Second. and State street, in the City or Richmond, 'A'rtyne
County Indiana, and known as Route 110, 29 as provided for by Improvement
Resolution No, 131-1907, P,
