mhe Board instructs the Clerk to advertise for bids on improvement

ment of South A street, from South 2nd street to South 21at street,
by constructing cement sidewalk and cement curb and gutter on both
sides thereof, between the points named, except on the portions of
said street where cement construction of good quality already exists
as authorized by an ordinance passed by the Common Council July 7th,�
1909.
mhe Board orders resolution and plans, as per the recornendatfon of
Councilman Bartel, for the improvement of the first alley South of
,lain street, from 9th to loth street,and alley between 9th and loth
street, frota ifain street south to first alley, by paving the roadway
the full width thereof with one of the kinds of modern pavements,
to -wit:- Brick, Bitulithic, Asphalt or Cement.
The City Civil Enp_,ineer reported the completion of the contract under
Improvement Resolution No. 167-1909, providing for the construction
of a Sevier in the territory between South First str:et and South Thirst
street: In South A street from First street to Third street, and in
South Second street from South A street to South B street, and in alle;
between Second and Third street, from South A street to South B street,
th Board accepts the same and orders assessment roll prepared, and
