All the memb ra of said Board being present: Messrs, Hallowell, Johnson and O'Neal. mhP follovrinR proceedings were had, to -wit: - The City Civil 1'nfrineer reported the completion of the contract und._ Improvement Resolution No. 66-1909, providing for the improvement 01 from Main street to FtWayne Avenue, by constructing North 6th street, c,1,Pnt sidewalk on both sides thereof between the points named, except on the portions of sai street where cement construction of good quality already exists, the Board accepts the same and orders asaesc- ment roll prepared. The Board approves a primary assessment roll in the matter of the construction of a sewer in the territory between South First street and South Third street: In South A street from First street to Third street, and in South Second street, from South A street to South B street, and in alley between Second and Third street, from South A street to South B street, as provided for by Improvement Resolution No. 167-1909 . A petition was presented, by the Richmond City Water Works, for per - Mission to put in a reinforced concrete coal bin in the alley south of and adjoining their property No. 16 North 8th street, the bin to occupy a space in said alley oi' about 6 by 10 feet, the said company, Proposing that said work be done under the direction of the City Civil Engineer. The Board grants said petition subject to cancellation, if at any time in the future said bin is found to bo an obstruction to MY underground construction that the City authorities nay desire to have placed in said alley. The Board Mr. Hallowell dissenting, decides to recommend to the Common Council the purchase of certain lots in q'illiam T. Dennis, Addition to the City or' Richmond, and certain tracts in the Richmond "rading and. l:fg. Cots, Addition, as petioned for by the West Richmond.
