between Ridge and Boyer street, from the first alley North of Charles
street to Scrool street, as provided for by Improvement Resolution

The Board meets to hear all persons interested in the matter of the
assessment of benefits and damages on account of the condemnation and
appropriation of right-of-way for a sewer over anJ. across 79,75 feet
of the North part of Lot No, 19 J. m, Starr's Addition to the City of
tichmond, as provided for by Declaratory Resolution No, 43-1909. A.'ter
