Special Session
The Board of public Works of the City of Rlcnmond, Indiana
set in special session at -the office of said Board on Saturday
July 24th, 1909, at 10 O'Clock A. M. All the members of said
Board being present: Messrs, Hallowell, Johnson and OlNeal.
The folloning proc.edings were had, to -wit:-
.%eb resienation of Edward E. Dye, Superintendent of Str.eta, was
presented to take effect Monday August 9th, 1909, on motion the
earl accepts the same, effective as of date named in resignation.

The Board appoints Fr:d Krone, Sr. Superintendent of streets, to fill
the vacancy occassioned by the resignation of Edward E. Dye, said
uoointment to take effect August 9th, 1909.
