The Board of Public Works of the City of Richmond, Indiana

The following proceedings were had, to-vrit:-
The Board meets to hear remonstrances and take final action,;
Declaratory Resolution No. 44-1909, providing for the vacatl,:

reduces the assessment in said amount proportionately against said

Half, $17,329 Lot No, 4 120,32, and assesses said amounts above set forth
in the total sum of $126.89, as an additional benefit the city of
Richmond, the Board thereupon approves a final assess
